- Analytics data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and browser type. Collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity. This data is anonymised and does not personally identify you.
- Cookie preferences: Your choice to accept or decline analytics cookies, stored locally in your browser.
4. Purpose of Data Collection
- Respond to enquiries: We use your contact form data to reply to your message and follow up on your request.
- Improve our website: Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve the experience.
5. Legal Basis
- Contact form: Legitimate interest — you submit your details to request a response from us.
- Analytics cookies: Consent — analytics scripts only load after you accept cookies via the consent banner.
6. Data Retention
- Contact form data: Retained for 2 years from the date of submission, then deleted.
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months per Google Analytics 4 default settings.
7. Third-Party Processors
We share your data with the following third-party service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions and auto-replies.
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics (only when you consent to cookies).
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings for UX improvement (only when you consent to cookies).
- Railway — website hosting infrastructure.
8. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party processors (Resend, Google, Microsoft) may process data outside of Singapore, including in the United States. These transfers are protected by the processors' compliance with applicable data protection frameworks and their contractual obligations to safeguard your data.
